We smash the living daylights out of them with a rolling pin and then salt them to draw out the water first. Next, it gets coated in our 'Strange Flavour' sauce which has a combo of peanuts black vinegar, chilli oil, sesame and garlic. 

It wouldn’t be a CNS dish without some shizzle and our bang bang shizzle is a wicked combo of sesame, fried garlic, shallots & peanuts that tops the cucumbers to give it that famous final crunch.

Bang Bang Cucumber

Watermelon and Fried Chicken is a classic, but we bring it to the #nextlevel with mint, coriander, spring onion, chilli and peanuts, lime, chilli, palm sugar and fish sauce. Having the freshest ingredients is key, but so is the bowl being pulled straight from the fridge drawer
